Melanie ensures the smooth running of the whole company. By effectively managing all administration, personnel and financial issues, Melanie enables other members of the team to concentrate on providing the best possible service to clients. She makes sure first class systems are always in place which leads to excellent results for clients.

Career Summary: Educated at Hinckley College of Further Education, Melanie has worked for a number of local firms including a distribution warehouse, a specialist supplier of industrial coatings and a computer firm, both as an Accounts Administrator and General Office Manager. "Since I came to Word Association I have revised a number of procedures so that we can provide a better service to clients," she says. Melanie, who has two young sons, lives in Hinckley with her partner and enjoys reading, socialising and shopping in her spare time.
