Lisa provides administration support to the whole Word Association team to ensure that clients receive a first class service every time.

Career Summary: Since leaving school, Lisa has worked in a range of administration roles including sales / purchase ledger, wages and, most recently, administration controller in a stock holding and distribution centre where she aimed to provide customers with 100 per cent service and value.
Communication changed my life when … I first started using computers. When I think back to how they were 20 years ago compared with now, I realise the great journey technology has taken. Communication is an important skill to ensure we are both being understood and are understanding others.
