Dear Customer
We all work hard at Word Association to deliver the best possible service to you and your organisation. Sometimes though we will get it wrong. If we do let our standards slip, even in a small way, to anything less than the best, we want to know about it.
Your survey responses are taken very seriously at Word Association. Each survey we receive is discussed at the next team meeting. The relevant member of staff will respond to any specific points. Every quarter the overall results are presented and discussed at our review meetings. Ever increasing targets for the company, each service and member of the team are set annually.
As well as helping us to help you, we will also donate £10 to the charity of your choice from the list below (please click below). Thank you for your help.
