Word Association is one of the housing movement's leading communications consultancies. We work for around 20 housing clients including housing associations, housing co-operatives, local authorities, construction companies and the Housing Corporation.

We have won a number of prestigious awards for our housing work including two in the Touche Ross annual report competition and others organised by the British Association of Communicators in Business.

Our housing service is headed up by chief executive Mark Thomas. Mark worked in senior communication roles for two of the Midlands' leading associations - Touchstone and Focus - before establishing Word Association.

Accessibility
We can provide printed or website material in translation for speakers of languages such as Punjabi, Urdu and Gujerati. We also specialise in making websites accessible to people with impaired vision or providing information on audio cassette.
