Chief executive Mark Thomas has particular experience of the construction industry, having spent several years marketing sheltered housing and shared ownership schemes on behalf of Midlands housing associations. This included placing paid-for advertising as well as handling public and media relations.

Word Association has also produced a number of customer newsletters on behalf of Croudace, a major builder of social housing in the south-east. We also work for Orbis plc, a national company specialising in the protection of empty properties on council and housing association estates. Our assignments have included two customer newsletters featuring new products and services, as well as an in-house news sheet for staff.
