In fact, we’ve produced a “toolkit” guide for organisations on how to produce customer annual reports in line with their regulator’s requirements.

Our reports have won several national awards in competitions sponsored by the British Association of Communications in Business and management consultants Touche Ross.

We understand the importance of hitting deadlines, the fact that these documents have to stand up to much internal scrutiny and that some of the necessary financial information may only be supplied close to deadline.

Design is a very important part of the process and we will produce a choice of creative designs for you to choose from, as well as providing striking photos, images and easy-to-understand graphics for the finished report.
