We were asked to showcase a new extra care complex for the over-55s in Derbyshire as part of tactical marketing strategy.
We designed and produced showhome signage, flags and a branded leaflet podium to advertise the complex during a ‘Bank Holiday Bonanza’, which we organised at the new Oakland Village.
Potential new residents, as well as the local media, could not fail to miss the branded advertising as they took part in the event’s activities, which included a vintage tea party and craft fayre.
The Bank Holiday bonanza event attracted large numbers as well as local media coverage. Our marketing campaign continued to raise awareness of the range of facilities in the complex.
