A social media strategy
Project: Twitter and Facebook accounts
We have set up and developed Twitter and Facebook accounts for a company selling a unique safety product, as well as training staff on how to use them to raise their profile.
As part of a complete communications plan for the Leicestershire-based Jackloc company, which has invented a restrictor limiting the distance a window can be opened and so reducing the risk of accidental falls, we have devised a social media strategy.
We set up Twitter and Facebook accounts to enable the company to get timely and targeted messages across to a wider range of potential customers.
Our strategy including training Jackloc staff in the use, and value, of social media so they can carry out their own updates.
We’re also making regular posts, as well as building fans and followers. Every month we provide Jackloc with a report detailing the results of the social media activity, including the increasing number of fans and followers.
The number of Jackloc Twitter followers and Facebook fans has increased each month since we set up the pages.
