We secured more than £1m of media coverage for a Midlands housing provider in just one year through an intensive PR campaign.
Working closely with managers at Walsall Housing Group we ran a highly successful series of media campaigns over a number of years.
We analysed the strategy of their competitors and brainstormed different ideas before coming up with a media schedule which would attract publicity for a variety of whg’s activities.
Through the excellent working relationships we’ve developed with local journalists, as well as the specialist housing media, we placed regular features and news stories covering whg’s work in a range of media outlets.
The publicity we generated for whg from January to December 2011 was £1,008,204. More recently, the national and regional publicity generated by ‘The Home That Jack Built; included features in the Daily Mail, the Daily Express and the Birmingham Mail. It achieved more than £200,000 worth of media coverage.
