In a year when Housing Associations have been hitting the headlines for all of the wrong reasons we have been ensuring that we maximise the news agenda to the full advantage of our client Hightown Housing Association.
After completing a detailed messaging strategy, which mapped key communications against specific audiences, we set about brining those messages to life through a variety of print and online media.
We have delivered a highly successful PR programme focused around four key themes; development, community, housing support and corporate positioning.
This has generated more than 140 pieces of coverage, worth over £320,000 with highlights including articles in the FT, Independent, Daily Telegraph, repeated coverage in Inside Housing and broad exposure across regional print and broadcast media.
