A marketing bonanza for housing scheme
Client: Trident Reach
Project: Marketing strategy
We created a complete marketing strategy for a new housing complex aimed at the over-55s, covering promotional literature, a PR campaign and community events.
We were asked to create a tactical strategy for the launch and marketing of Oakland Village – a new extra care complex for the over-55s in Derbyshire.
Our plan included producing a promotional brochure, organising community events, running an intensive PR campaign and writing marketing materials.
The biggest event we dubbed a ‘Bank Holiday Bonanza’, with activities including a vintage tea party and craft fayre aimed at attracting potential new residents as well as the media.
To showcase the complex we produced marketing leaflets, a branded leaflet podium, showhome signage and flags.
Subsequent PR initiatives have included a ‘Come Dine With Me’ event to generate publicity for their restaurant, now open to the public.
The Bank Holiday bonanza event attracted large numbers as well as local media coverage. Our marketing campaign continued to raise awareness of the range of facilities in the complex.
