Project: The launch of a new corporate plan
Midlands housing association whg was launching a new corporate plan, outlining its vision for the next 10 years and marking the start of a new chapter in its history.
The brief was to produce something totally different from any previous publications but based on the development of their existing illustrative style. We came up with a striking, tabbed booklet design for the book, which was unveiled at a launch event for staff. In order to thoroughly embed whg’s new look and feel within the organisation’s thinking and culture, it was important to make the plan visible and generate a real excitement among staff about the organisation’s new direction.
We refreshed the colleague handbook and designed coasters, lift vinyls and banners featuring whg’s new mission statement to be displayed in its office building. All were installed overnight so staff came in to the fresh new look as they came back to work after the launch.
