Project: Develop a brand

We created a complete brand image for a unique social enterprise giving work to tenants of two housing providers in Hertfordshire.
We were asked to create a brand for Jobs at Home – a new social enterprise run by housing providers Thrive Homes and Watford Community Housing Trust, in partnership with the Housing Leadership Foundation.
Our design team responded to their brief to create a distinctive logo, based on bold orange and blue colours, which could be applied to their vans and workwear, as well as promotional literature and stationery.
The logo was applied across the new organisation and became a striking centrepiece of its House of Commons launch event and subsequent national press coverage.

Outcome

The pilot Jobs at Home project had an excellent launch, with 13 people finding work through the initiative and its logo becoming a familiar sight in the Watford area.
