We have devised a marketing strategy for a Hertfordshire-based housing association marking its fifth birthday with a special ‘Year of Ambition’.
As part of our overall communications strategy for Thrive Homes, they asked us to market the ‘Year of Ambition’ being run to celebrate its fifth anniversary.
Our design team came up with a Year of Ambition logo and we created a supporting pack to explain to staff how they would be involved in the year-long motivational project.
The marketing plan we devised included inspiring staff, residents and partners with a variety of community projects, such as a week of activities to prepare pupils at a local academy for life after exams.
Other ideas included in our strategy were a ‘Go for it’ awards scheme in which Thrive offered grants to help residents achieve their ambitions.
The year will conclude with an event in the spring of 2014, which is now in the planning stages.
The project has received coverage in both the local and housing media. Thrive staff have embraced the initiative, and the organisation was impressed with the number of residents who applied for the ‘Go for it’ awards.
