Project: ‘Altogether Better’ corporate plan
We worked with Midlands housing provider whg to turn their new corporate plan into an eye-catching summary document telling staff about their aims and how they could play their part in achieving their objectives.
We came up with an imaginative design for the summary document of whg’s corporate plan setting out their aims, objectives and targets for 2011-14.
It had a sophisticated corporate look, featuring a concertina design with stylish monochrome photographs on one side, and the corporate plan on the other, with each section signposted with colourful cartoon-style illustrations.
Further work to engage whg colleagues with the plan has included helping launch a new intranet site, “The Lounge” and refreshing their internal communications, such as their “In Touch” staff newsletter.
The ‘Altogether Better’ corporate plan was well received by whg staff, with its striking design and layout helping communicate its message in an engaging format.
