Word Association strengthens team

Strong demand for our unique brand of public sector communication has led to the expansion of Word Association’s customer services team. We are pleased to announce the expansion of our PR, Management and Central Services team with the appointments of Michelle Pearson and Kerri Smith. Both Michelle and Kerri bring high levels of experience and customer focus. Michelle is a former Chief Reporter at the Wolverhampton Express & Star, the country’s largest regional newspaper. She brings editorial experience to her role and is responsible for PR and editorial activities to some of Word’s clients.

Having spent two years at Walsall, Michelle moved to the Cannock edition as deputy chief reporter and later chief reporter. She has spent the last year working as chief reporter of the Wolverhampton head office of the Express & Star, bringing vast journalistic experience to her new agency role. “I passionately believe communication is the fuel without which no machine can operate to its potential,” says Michelle. “Word Association is an excellent company with good values and cares greatly about its clients.” I am proud to part of such a close-knit team that takes such pride in always offering the best possible service,” adds Michelle.
