You know when you sit down next to a stranger on a train planning to read your newspaper and get off two hours later, dumbstruck, with enough information on their life to write a novel. Yes? Thought so.
Well. This serves as a fitting example that everybody has a story to tell. We know that organisations have a duty to get information out to their customers.
News – whatever it is - should tell a story. You might well have to send your customers some technical information or your latest statistics. Our job is to make sure they want to read it.
