If you’ve been kicking around these pages long enough, you’ll realise we’re on a bit of a mission: we want everybody to fall in love with good, simple communication. Because – and you might have already read this once or twice - we believe that communication changes lives.

So, we like training, because it means the work doesn’t stop when we do. It means people can go on improving the reputation of their organisation and living out their marketing and communications strategy (the good, simple communication manifesto, if you like).

We provide tailored in-house training, teleconference sessions and external workshops staff can attend.

Chief executive, Mark Thomas, regularly speaks at national conferences and has delivered training for the Housing Corporation, Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies and the Housing Quality Network.
