Word Association asked to speak at CIH conference

Earlier this year Word Association was approached by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) to speak at their ‘Customer Insight’ summer conferences which were held up and down the country.

Word Association, the 13th largest public sector PR agency in the UK (Source: PR Week), was asked to deliver a presentation based on 19 years experience of working with the social housing industry and our experience in delivering National Conversation events across the Midlands.

Drawing on this experience we were able to help demystify some of the big challenges surrounding customer insight today, including what to do with all that data!

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) events are often a must for housing professionals and this year was no exception. Attended by people from across the UK the events showcased some of the best thinking in the industry.

Other speakers included representatives from the Tenant Services Authority, Gloucester City Homes and Birmingham City Council – all agreeing that better customer understanding leads to greater customer satisfaction.

The day was considered a success by all who participated and we are looking forward to next year.
