Earlier this year Word Association was approached by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) to speak at their ‘Customer Insight’ summer conferences which were held up and down the country.

The National Conversation, an initiative run by the Tenants Services Authority (TSA), is aimed at developing a new set of standards for social housing. Here at Word Association, we were happy to be involved throughout the development and implementation process, helping to organise some of the first events in the country on behalf of our valued client, Jephson Housing Association.
