Stock transfer has been a big issue for housing associations over the past few years – and has required a particularly strategic outlook, with communications to match. We can step in before, during or after transfer.

One of our biggest clients is Walsall Housing Group who, through five subsidiary housing associations, is responsible for the management of Walsall Council’s housing following a successful ‘yes’ vote.
