Hard-to-Let
We know that some things are easier to promote or sell than others. And we’ve been around long enough to know that you need a particular approach to make your way through that wall.
One example is marketing sheltered housing schemes. We worked with the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) to jointly organise a conference about this pressing issue – hard-to-let sheltered housing. The conference looked at the range of solutions available including focused marketing, remodelling schemes, new lettings criteria etc.
Over the years we’ve had a lot to do with sheltered housing, so we know the territory well. We get involved with everything - designing and producing guides and brochures, organising events, putting together presentation packs and creating newsletters for residents. We’ll also run conferences and seminars on issues such as ‘how to organise a scheme managers’ away day’.
